John Faulkner

Chief Executive Officer

John founded Steadfast Contractors Alliance in January 2019 with the vision of maximizing and elevating industry best practices, developing people to their highest potential, and building a company rooted in a culture of honor, integrity, and conviction.

With more than 35 years of industry leadership experience as the founder of Cornerstone Solutions Group, John’s unshakable faith, tenacity, and indomitable work ethic have enabled him to partner with some of Florida’s largest homebuilders and developers to consistently deliver outstanding green industry solutions regardless of market conditions.

John’s extensive portfolio of comparable projects includes Seven Oaks Community Development District, Cross Creek, Wilderness Lake Preserve, Tierra del Sol, Ballantrae, Lonestar, Villa Rosa, and many others. His vast experience and wisdom in project execution, strategic planning, and the management of premier community appearance programs continue to guide Steadfast’s mission and long-term success.

Greg Oswald

President

Victor Gregory “Greg” Oswald serves as President of Steadfast Alliance, where he provides strategic and operational leadership across all facets of the organization, including growth initiatives, financial performance, business development, construction operations, client relations, and organizational culture. With more than 46 years of progressive leadership experience in land development and operational construction management, Greg is recognized for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and collaborative leadership style that fosters high-performing teams and enduring partnerships.

Throughout his distinguished career, Greg has held leadership roles with organizations including Onyx and East, Mattamy Homes, Maronda Homes, and CalAtlantic Homes. Among his many accomplishments, he successfully launched and scaled the Florida market for Onyx and East and served as a project leader in the design, development, and construction of Estancia, a three-time Community of the Year award recipient.

Greg is deeply committed to leading with integrity, accountability, transparency, and teamwork. His leadership philosophy is rooted in relational leadership and a culture-driven mindset that values candor, compassion, and operational excellence. He embraces “The Steadfast Way” culture through the belief to “Choose Hard” — heading into challenges with courage, unity, and unwavering commitment.

As President, Greg is focused on building upon the vision, reputation, and performance established at Steadfast’s inception while positioning the organization for continued growth, operational efficiency, and long-term success. He is especially passionate about developing strong teams, cultivating lasting client relationships, and creating an organizational culture where accountability and trust thrive.

Outside of his professional role, Greg is a devoted husband to his wife Lori of 40 years, a proud father of three children, and grandfather to seven grandchildren. He serves as an Elder in the Presbyterian Church and has previously volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Honor Flight, and youth soccer programs. In his personal time, Greg enjoys traveling, hunting, and fishing alongside his wife.

His personal philosophy is simple yet grounding: “Wherever you go, there you are… be there.”

 

Tony Canorro

Chief Operations Officer

Tony joined the Steadfast family in January 2019. He brings more than 22 years of experience in land development, CDD management, and green industry leadership, following 10 years of service as an U.S. Army Ranger and combat veteran of the Global War on Terrorism.

In addition to his experience managing the infrastructure installation, operations, and maintenance of common-area subdivision improvements, Tony has led the installation of numerous landscape and irrigation projects. Some of his recent projects include Prosperity Lakes, Connerton, and Firethorn.

Tony’s dedication to proactive solutions, thorough client communication, and efficient operational management is applied to every project to help ensure success for the entire team.

Joe Hamilton

Environmental Division Director

Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Saint Leo University and has more than 10 years of experience in the environmental field, including environmental laboratory testing. He is licensed by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as a Restricted Pesticide Applicator.

As Steadfast’s Environmental Division Manager, Joe utilizes his Environmental Science background and experience in water testing and analysis to effectively manage clients’ lakes and wetlands. His work contributes to the success of numerous lake and wetland restoration and nutrient reduction projects throughout North Hillsborough County, Pasco County, and surrounding areas.

Joe enjoys the new opportunities his role presents, takes pride in problem-solving, and values the collaboration involved in strategic lake management planning.

 

Chris Wallen

Maintenance Division Director

Chris Wallen has earned a stellar reputation throughout the Tampa Bay area as one of the finest green industry professionals in the field. He has served as an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Branch Manager, and Director of Landscape Maintenance for Cornerstone Solutions Group and Yellowstone Landscape.

Chris has provided services for builders, developers, associations, and districts, including Newland Communities, Seven Oaks Community Development District, and many others. His attention to detail, efficiency, and meticulous approach to sustainable landscape management help ensure that each district’s landscape investment thrives for years to come.

Steven Howard

Landscaping/Irrigation Project Manager

Steven Howard is an experienced Sales Design Consultant and accomplished sales professional with more than a decade of industry experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sustainability Management with a focus in Business Administration, Project Management, and Green Building from St. Petersburg College.

Steven is also a certified AutoCAD Technician and holds certifications in Horticulture and Landscape Management through Florida Nursery, Growers & Landscape Association (FNGLA).

As Steadfast’s Landscape/Irrigation Project Manager, Steven utilizes his education and experience to effectively manage clients’ landscape plans and project execution. His ultimate goal at Steadfast is to promote sustainable growth, increase profitability, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Patrick Powell

Account Manager

Patrick Powell joined Steadfast Contractors Alliance in 2021 with a strong administrative background and a bachelor’s degree in Health Management from Saint Leo University. He began working on the landscape crew and quickly advanced into the role of Account Manager through his dedication and leadership.

Pat is known for his exceptional work ethic and detail-oriented approach, both of which contribute greatly to his success in his current role. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction remain top priorities in every project and client interaction.

His ultimate goal at Steadfast is to continue helping the company grow while delivering outstanding service to clients and communities alike.

Kevin Riemensperger

Environmental Account Manager

Kevin Riemensperger earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from University of South Florida and is also a graduate member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.

As Steadfast’s Environmental Division Account Manager, Kevin utilizes his education and expertise to effectively manage clients’ environmental needs. Within his first month at Steadfast Contractors Alliance, he helped secure two new aquatic maintenance accounts, Waterchase and The Preserve at South Branch, demonstrating his strong commitment and leadership within the Environmental Division.

Kevin’s ultimate goal is to continue growing Steadfast’s Environmental Department while introducing more biological control methods into aquatic and pond maintenance programs.

Pablo Ramirez

Director of Irrigation

Pablo joined the Steadfast family in March 2019. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of residential and commercial irrigation systems.

Throughout his career serving as an Installation Foreman, Irrigation Maintenance Manager, Project Leader, and now Irrigation Manager, Pablo has installed or supervised the installation of not only thousands of single-family and multifamily homes, but also numerous common-area and master-planned community irrigation systems.

Notable irrigation projects include Windermere at Wiregrass, Waterset Phase 5A2A, Bexley Ranch Tower Road, Tarramor, and many others. Pablo holds certifications through Hunter Industries and Rain Bird as a Technician, ACC, and Two-Wire Specialist. He is widely recognized not only for his subject matter expertise, but also for his diligence, attention to detail, and commitment to efficient water management.

Juan Ramirez

Director of Landscape

Juan Ramirez has served as a Commercial Landscape Foreman, Crew Leader, Senior Operator, and Project Leader for more than 20 years.

Some of Juan’s signature community landscape projects include Long Lake Ranch CDD, Tampa Premium Outlets, The Ridge at Wiregrass, Legend’s Pointe, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, and Pradera.

Juan is an OSHA-certified crane and lull operator, holds a Class A CDL with a water tank endorsement, and possesses extensive hands-on experience in the safe and proper installation of commercial landscape and irrigation systems.
