Special Operations Manager
Erin Hermann serves as Special Operations Manager for Steadfast Alliance, where he leads and supports many of the organization’s most complex and high-impact operations. With a strong focus on exceeding client expectations, advancing team strategy, and safeguarding investments, Erin plays a key role in driving operational performance and scalable growth across the organization.
With more than 30 years of industry experience, Erin brings extensive expertise in landscape management, golf course operations, equipment sales and distribution, and master-planned community maintenance. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles with organizations including Girard Environmental, Golf Ventures, Jacobsen–Textron, and Global Turf Equipment. His diverse background spans residential, commercial, and large-scale community operations, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both field execution and executive-level strategy.
Erin is recognized for his operational leadership, creative problem-solving, and ability to maintain calm under pressure while keeping teams focused and moving forward. Among his many accomplishments, he successfully developed and launched a retail equipment store that grew into a $5 million business, founded and led a landscape maintenance company serving a diverse client portfolio, and strategically managed a $20 million equipment distribution company with oversight of sales, service operations, and parts distribution.
He leads with empathy, understanding, honesty, and integrity, believing the strongest leadership is demonstrated through example. Erin embraces “The Steadfast Way” culture through a commitment to doing the right thing, even when it is not the easiest path. His vision for Steadfast centers on building accountable, collaborative teams that deliver exceptional results while supporting long-term business growth and operational excellence.
Originally from Winter Park, Florida, Erin now resides in Zephyrhills with his wife, Ann Marie, of 15 years. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, working on projects around the house, hiking, boating, and motorcycle rides. His personal leadership philosophy reflects his passion for mentorship and growth: “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.”
